Other Comments: The Four Mints is a seasoned, fun and entertaining Rhythm & Blues band based in Columbus, Ohio. Originally formed by the legendary James Brown in the 1960’s, The Four Mints is currently led by one of the group’s original members, bass/keyboardist Aaron Sledge.

The Four Mints consists of four vocalists and three instrumental musicians who play guitar, drums and bass/keyboard. One of Columbus’s genuine musical treasures, The Four Mints are renowned for their rich storehouse of songs from the 50s through the 90s, including Motown, doo-wop, dance, funk, and oldies.
This talented and fun group has been influenced by the music of Marvin Gaye, The O’Jays, The Temptations, Earth Wind & Fire, The Spinners, The Four Tops, The Drifters, and Babyface. Their authentic style makes them favorite entertainers for private parties, grand openings, festivals, community events, weddings, reunions and more.
