Other Comments: Linda Dachtyl, the leader and organist of "LDB3", is a performer, composer, and music instructor at Ohio Wesleyan University. Her playing experience includes jazz, rock, classical, and musical theater. She holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance and Music Education from Capital University and a Master of Arts in Percussion Pedagogy from The Ohio State University. Bob Frascotti, Saxophone, was born and raised in the Boston area. He holds the Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music, and the Master of Music degree from Indiana University. He has performed with Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughn, Leslie Uggams, Liza Manelli, Joel Grey, and numerous others. Guitarist Giles Ponticello is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has been active the local music scene since the late 70's when he was a member of the highly acclaimed OSU Jazz Ensemble, studying guitar with Don Hales and Tom Carroll and audio engineering. He has performed with Hubert Laws, Phil Woods, and Peter Erskine. He has also taught at the Jazz City Music School. Cary Dachtyl, Drums, has a diverse musical background ranging from classical, jazz, rock, and musical theater. His performance credits include Roger Williams, The Moody Blues (orchestral section leader-percussion), Yes (orchestral section percussion) the Columbus Symphony Orchestra, Opera Columbus, Columbus Light Opera, QED, Caption, Friday and the Detectives, Pearl Alley, Logarhythm, Blue Buddha, and Harshmellow. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Baldwin Wallace College, Master of Music and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
